Winter Drone flights

Last winter I shut down my drone flights for the winter but this year I decided to do some R and D during colder temperatures. External DJI battery warmers to keep the batteries over 20 degrees celsius and one-quarter inch thick Do It yourself self-adhesive neoprene battery compartment covers. Shorter flights of 5 minutes. It's definitely challenging and hard work but I figure we live in Canada so I would give it a try. You can see the neoprene battery compartment covers at the back of my drones with a carbon decal for added insulation. Wish me luck!
